For Jess, the most satisfying part of his job is getting to help a client buy their first home, dream home, or improve their financial life by refinancing. Jess is incredibly hardworking and always strives to be honest and transparent with his clients. Anything that has Jess’s name on it, he takes proud ownership of and guarantees it will be high-quality work.

While in college Jess played four years of football for one of the top teams in the country. After graduating, he took the first sales job he was offered before being recruited for his current role. Jess has big plans for his career at Happy Mortgage and hopes to consolidate underwriting and processing into one to streamline the process.

In his free time, Jess writes and produces his own music. He is also an avid sports fan and loves going to games as well as coaching little league football.
