Prior to becoming an Office Manager at Happy Mortgage, Alyssa spent many years in several different industries where she juggled between Digital Asset Management, Restaurant Management, and Brand Marketing Research. She was looking for a change and more specifically for a career that offered stability and growth opportunities. When she discovered this role, she felt that it was the perfect position for her to sharpen her existing skills, while continuing to grow.

In her personal life, Alyssa has always been incredibly organized, detail-oriented and loves putting order to chaos. As Office Manager, she gets to use those skills every day. Alyssa is very ambitious and goal-oriented, as well as eager to continue learning about the company and the unique skill sets the other team members to bring to the table.

Alyssa holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications from Elmhurst College. She is originally from Geneva, IL, but decided she wanted to explore the U.S., and so she spent the last six years moving around Southern California, Florida, and Nevada. Alyssa enjoyed exploring new parts of the country during her moves and wishes to travel more in her free time. She particularly likes exploring National Parks and spending time outdoors. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and her two dogs.
